Happy 15th Birthday Kasey
Today is my Sister's Birthday! She turned 15 years old and is now able to get a drivers permit. I can't believe my little sister will be driving..that's so crazy to me. She is 9 years younger than me. Our birthdays are 2 days apart..her is on June 29Th and mine is on July 1st. We will have a joint birthday dinner this Friday with family. I went to the pool with her, her friend Katie, my mom, and the kids. The kids love the pool and I think it's about time the kids learn how to swim. They have gotten a lot more comfortable in the pool. Almost too comfortable that I'm always paranoid. I have to get them in swimming lessons soon!
Once we got home, we had chips and dip for snack. Ronde was half asleep at the table then passed out on the couch. He is so peaceful when he's sleeping.
I also had a doctor's appointment today. I'm 30 weeks pregnant today. I've gained 20lbs so far and measure at 31 weeks. Jamal's heartbeat was 156. I had my Group B test done and I go back in 2 weeks. I can't believe I'm already going every 2 weeks for my appointments! Jamal will be here in 10 weeks!!! All I need is a Sit N Stand stroller, swing, and coming home outfit then we are set.
Building A New Puzzle
My Mom bought AJ a new puzzle. He has a very mechanical mind and likes to build things so puzzles are great for him. AJ couldn't put it together the day we got it because it was his bed time by the time we got home from the store. So the next morning he came in my room and laid in my bed...staring at me...waiting for me to open my eyes. When I opened my eyes, he would start to smile and say "Mommy, what are you doing? Are you waking up?" He wanted to put that puzzle together so badly that he couldn't wait for me to wake up and open the puzzle box for him..ha! It was so cute that I just got up and helped him. He was very proud when we were done putting the puzzle together...at 7:00 o'clock in the morning!!
The last picture was from a store called Rollin Oats. I think it's so cool that they have little shopping carts for the kids. It's an organic store that I like to go to for snacks and cereals for the kids.
An Afternoon At Sims Park
I've been a horrible blogger lately. These couple of post are of pictures from out the week. Just trying to catch up! This day, my sister came with me and the kids to the playground. This playground is pretty big so I always need an extra person to help me keep an eye on the kids. AJ calls this playground "the castle" because it looks like a wooden castle/fort. It's really neat and has lots of hiding spots. It was probably 98 degrees this day and we were sweating like crazy. I thought I was going to look forward to summer but now I can't wait for winter!!

Baby Jamal 3D/4D Ultrasound
I had an appointment today for the 3D/4d ultrasound. I was so excited that the doctors office called me and had me come in an hour earlier than my appointment. My Grandma and kids came with me. My mom had to work and my sister was out of town (And of coarse Andre couldn't make it since he's in Pensacola). I've never had this type of ultrasound done before but I figured since this is the last baby, might as well make it special. I got 52 pictures and lots of video of Jamal moving around. I can't wait for Andre to watch the video since he hasn't been able to come to any doctors appointments. AJ was so excited when he saw his baby brother on the screen. He kept saying "He is so cute!" and "He's gotten so big so fast". It was really adorable. Here are a couple of my favorites. The last picture is so cute..He looks like he's pouting.

Chuck E. Cheese
AJ's Baby Brother
AJ and Ronde like playing with a baby doll that they are borrowing from their Aunt Kasey. The doll is wearing clothes that my sister wore when she was a baby. AJ is so excited about having a baby brother on the way. Everyday he hugs my belly and cuddles up with my belly when we are laying on the couch. He talks about baby Jamal at least 10 times a day. Lately, he has been pretending the baby doll is his baby brother. He tucks "him" in bed at night. He even told me that I need to be more careful when I'm carrying his baby{doll}.
Last night, I went to check on AJ to make sure he's covered up. When I saw him cuddled up to that baby doll I had to take a picture. This just reminds me of how loving AJ is and so caring. He is such a great big brother and I'm so happy that he is my first born child. He will be such a great role model for his younger brothers. I just love him so much!!
Happy Father's Day Andre
(This picture was taken when Ronde was about 2 months old)
Happy Father's Day to the Greatest father I know. You are such an amazing daddy to your boys. I couldn't have asked for a better husband and father to our incredible baby boys. AJ and Ronde love you so much and always have fun with you whether it be play fighting or watching a movie together. Their faces always brighten up when they see you. Ronde has become such a daddy's boy. He never wants to hold my hand when you are around. I can't wait for Jamal to get here and to see your smile when he arrives. You have always been such a proud father. Happy Father's Day!! We love you!!

Kiwanis Sprayground
My best friend, Heather, had the day off from work today. So she suggested that we take the kids to Kiwanis Sprayground for a play date. I've never taken the kids there before but I knew they would love it especially since they liked playing in the fountains so much in Pensacola. We met up at 10am and let the kids play for about 2 ours. We planned on having a picnic afterwards but we heard thunder as soon as we were leaving and the kids were already worn out and ready for a nap. At first, AJ said there was too much water but of coarse he had a blast and didn't want to leave. We can't wait to go again. I want to take them at least once a week since it's too hot outside to do anything else and this was a free thing to do!

Andre Meets President Obama
Today, President Obama gave a speech to 3500 military personnel and their families on the Naval Air Station Pensacola. I left Pensacola yesterday to make it to a doctors appointment I had scheduled but Andre attended the speech, given by the president, about the oil spill. After the speech, Andre fought his way through the crowd and shook the President's hand!! I'm really excited for Andre and wish I could have been their to take a picture. Andre said he was star struck when Obama got on stage. I would be too. Meeting the President is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Playing In The Fountains
It has been so hot!!!!! Today was 98 degrees. We went to IHOP for breakfast/lunch, I stopped at Ever'mans and picked up an organic Berry Blast Smoothie, then we went to Seville District in downtown Pensacola to take the kids to the fountain park.
The kids had a great time. At first they were a little unsure. After about 5 minutes they were running around and splashing through the fountains. They have never seen anything like this before and it was so much easier than taking them to the pool or beach. No sand to clean up and I didn't have to get wet..haha! Afterwards, we went through the McDonalds drive thru and picked the boys up the new snack sized M&M McFlurries.
Later we are going to go to Pensacola Beach for dinner and a walk then it's back to the hotel to pack :(
Smoothies and Bungee
I have been doing more research on organic foods and the benefits. I found Ever'mans Natural Food Grocery in Pensacola that had a juice and smoothie bar. We went there Saturday morning to get organic smoothies for breakfast. I got the Berry Banana Smoothie and Andre got the Grasshopper Smoothie with wheat grass. It was so good!!
After we got our smoothies, we headed to the mall. Andre really wanted the kids to do the bungee jump thing so we paid for AJ and Ronde to do it. AJ ended up not wanting to jump so we got a refund for him but Ronde loved it! At first he was making weird noises because he was scared but then he got in to it and had a lot of fun.
My Husband :)
Andre had a uniform inspection on Thursday. He got an "Exceptional" on his uniform and was chosen to go to a retirement party for an officer who has been in the Navy for 28 years. The ceremony was at the Naval Aviation Museum on the base.
Later that day we went fishing again but this time in the ocean. It was so0o hot that I barely took any pictures. We caught 3 snappers and Andre grilled them up that night. Ronde and Andre dug in and I got Taco Bell for AJ and I.
I love seeing my boys bonding. It really sucks that we don't get to see Andre often anymore since he is in school. The boys miss him so much and Ronde is such a daddy's boy. Ronde only wants to hold daddy's hand and always ask daddy to help him use the potty. We leave tomorrow morning to go back to New Port Richey. I have a doctors appointment for Tuesday and the kids have one on Thursday that we need to be back home for. I'm hoping we get to see Andre again for the 4th of July.

Successful Fishing Trip
We went on another fishing trip. Andre found a fresh water lake on the NAS Pensacola Base where he is currently going to A school at. It was a great spot and the fish were biting like crazy! We caught a lot of fish, some big and small. We ended up keeping 6 sun fish and later grilled them up at the hotel. AJ had a great idea of roasting marshmallows. I don't know where he got that idea but it sounded good so we did! After the kids ran around outside and the fish were cooked, we headed back up to the hotel room and ate dinner. Ronde LOVED the fish. He must have been really proud of what he caught..haha! AJ was a little more sceptical about the fish. Earlier he told me that "the fish are not ok..they are hurt". That kind of broke my heart a little bit but I think he gets the idea now..we catch fish to eat it. I love him :)
