We walked down many rows of all different kinds of Christmas trees and were kinda shocked at the prices. Maybe because we are not used to buying real Christmas trees. We picked out a small one. We knew it was the one when we were nervous to walk away from it thinking someone else would cut it down for themselves. So Andre cut it down..cost us $48. At least next year we will come expecting to pay a little more. As we were paying, they gave us free cups of hot chocolate and cookies & candy canes for the boys.
I decorated the tree and assembled Ronde's new train track our the bottom of it. The boys had fun watching the train ride around our Christmas tree. Now I just can't wait till Christmas morning!

Hi There, I am so glad you found my blog. I can't believe you lived here at K-Bay for 4 years. I've been here a year and 6 months so far. It's crazy maybe we passed in the commissary or something. It is a small base. Anyways, did you like living here? I'm still adjusting but most spouses I meet hate it here and want to move back to the mainland as soon as possible. I haven't quite made up my mind yet. I'm trying to give Hawaii a fair chance.
ReplyDeleteYour blog is so cute and your boys are adorable. It looks like you guys are enjoying the cold weather and the Christmas season.
Take Care.
