Then AJ had to pee.. I told him he was going to have to hold it. I could hear him in the backseat struggling to keep it in. He said "Oh man". Andre asked "What?!" AJ said "I REALLY have to pee!" (I thought maybe he already did by the way he said it) So we had to pull to the side of the street, while other cars barely squeezed around us, so that AJ could pee in a water bottle! I never thought in a million years I would make my child pee in a water bottle. We really had no other option or else he would pee his pants, seeing that it would have taken us another 20 minutes before we could even get off this street.
It was a wonderful light show that you could even take a horse and carriage ride through. At the end, they gave the kids a candy cane as we drove off. I think we all would have enjoyed it more without the distractions.

Got to love times like that! :) I can't tell you how many times my son has went pee in a water bottle! Every road trip he has to go when there is not a bathroom in site! Boys!! :) Hope you have a Merry Christmas!!
