We got the house!!!!

We just got the call this morning from our realtor. The sellers gave us a counter offer so we counter offered back and they accepted! So this is our new home! It's a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. It has a fenced in backyard, fireplace, stainless steel appliances (minus the fridge), security system, storage shed, brand new everything including windows. It's a corner lot so we have a nice big yard. I can't wait to buy the boys a playground for the back yard!! It's a 5 minute drive to the base and close to all shopping. There is an Elementary school right down the street. I'm hoping it will be AJ's school this August. We close on the house March 1 and get to move out of this crappy Apartment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
