AJ: Can you fix my Buzz Lightyear..you can fix anything!
Me: Sure..you really think I can fix anything?
AJ: Yes, you are the prettiest girl.
I did my weekly grocery shopping at the commissary for the first time today. Once I got home, Ronde wanted to help me put everything away. First, he put the paper plates in the fridge...then a box of macaroni. After that he kinda got the hang of it. He put all my spices in the right cabinet as well as my coffee. Ronde took my new toothbrush, mouthwash, toilet bowl cleaner tablets, and tampons to the bathroom without me even having to tell him to put them there. I was so impressed! He is mommies little helper for sure!
After I cooked dinner tonight, Andre was holding Jamal, Jamal kept starring at me while I ate my dinner. If I got up, his little eyes followed me around the room. If I wasn't looking at him, he would make all sorts of noises to catch my attention. When I looked at him, he would get so excited and start cooing and smiling. Finally after I ate, I decided to give him more one on one attention. I sat on the couch with him and his little arms were just shaking from excitement. He was cooing so loud and I was just talking right back. Jamal started to laugh and Andre said he has never heard him laugh like that before. I think Andre started to get a little jealous of my attention so he tried to get Jamal to look at him. When Jamal saw Andre, he started to cry. Andre said "alright just look at your mommy"..and when he did, he just started cooing and smiling again. What a mama's boy!!
