We have changed Jamal's middle name. DeMarcus has been out the window for months now and I couldn't decide on a middle name. Andre really liked "Jaxon" and that was the original middle name chosen for him when I found out I was pregnant (That's when I was thinking about naming him Dante Jaxon). AJ has been calling the baby Jamal Jaxon for about 2 months now and it has finally grown on me. So Jamal Jaxon it is! Only 64 more days..or 9 weeks 1 day until his due date! I'm so anxious to meet the little guy!!
It's kind of funny to have this all on record because one day when Jamal is older, he can read about all the different names he could have been named ;) Now that I think back..I wanted to name AJ (aka Andre Jermaine Jr.) Jullian. Then when we decided to make him a junior, I thought about calling him by his middle name, Jermaine. But somehow we stuck with AJ since we have always talked about having a little AJ one day. Who knows if he will want to be called by his first name, Andre, when he's older.
Thinking back to naming Ronde... he was always Ronde Kingston. That was the easiest name for me to pick and I still LOVE his name.
